PAID SHIPPING: We ship UPS GROUND. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping at that time.

EASY RETURN POLICY: Please follow these three easy steps to return your products:
1. Email email@example.com to request a return.
2. We will send you a return label via email. Please apply the label to the package and ship it back to us.
We'll credit your account once your return is received, minus the cost of return shipping ($8 flat fee, additional return cost on skis and oversized items.
A 15% restocking fee will be administered to any ski returns).
We are not accepting international returns at this time. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. All sale items and used ski products are final and not eligible for returns.
