The Reconnected Foundation empowers individuals in recovery by fostering community, promoting education and awareness, and advocating for change. Because life doesn’t end when you get sober. It’s only just beginning.

Based in Eagle County, RECONNECTED offers one-on-one peer support, recovery meetings, social events, and educational outreach. Their peer specialists help people build recovery plans, connect with resources, and find accountability. Giving people hope who may not know where to find it.
