I bought a Vail hat from the website. It came perfectly in good shape, ( not crumpled) in a nice box wrapped in plastic. Right when I took the hat out, I knew it was a really good hat. I ordered a pair of skis without bindings for my husband, because I wasn’t sure which bindings to get and where to have them mounted. The staff called me to double check, offered advice on bindings, and I’m very happy with how the bindings pair perfectly with the color of the ski side walls!
