Who We Are

Here at Ski Town All-Stars, we believe in seizing the day as outdoor enthusiasts. Our business was built on the dream of sharing the stoke of the mountain lifestyle. We’ve grown into a premium hat brand offering full custom designs alongside classic staples, serving everyone from large corporations to individual customers. We’ve also expanded into a full-service ski shop, delivering a high-end retail experience for passionate skiers. Along the way, we continue to give back through partnerships with nonprofits.

In addition to working on our production line, persons in this position will also help to provide top-notch customer service, be required to move inventory (no need to let go of your fitness in the off-season, you’ll be required to be able to lift up to 50+ pounds while you’re here with us), and help with basic duties to help make sure our production area and shop stay clean and organized.

Perks

  • Ski pass reimbursement
  • Pizza Thursdays
  • Product discounts
  • Working alongside a fun team of skiers and doers

Okay, now for the serious stuff…

Responsibilities

  • Complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Operate production equipment (bonus points if you’re familiar with our equipment but we have no problem helping to show you the ropes)
  • Transfer products and materials throughout the typical work day
  • Maintain and meet deadlines - we pride ourselves in a fast turnaround and great customer service
  • Perform routine quality control checks and report on defective product and machinery
  • Maintain and manage stock levels of inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area as well as help to maintain all machinery and equipment
  • Follow the company’s quality standards
  • Add to our awesome atmosphere!

Requirements/Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to quickly learn and adapt
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually (50+ lbs)
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere, acting and communicating in a professional way with customers, clients, and co-workers
  • Demonstrate strong communication and team-working skills
  • Knowledge of skis/the ski industry is a plus
