Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship using DHL or USPS for international orders. Shippings costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For domestic shipping, we use USPS First Class which includes tracking, which will be emailed to you after your purchase. You may upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority or UPS Services.
Returns
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Please mail the product back to our Hat Bistro. Customs are final and cannot be returned.

Can I get my product personalized?
Yes! Please visit our Build page to create a custom trucker or 7 panel, or if you aren't sure yet we have a gallery of customs we have done before to give you inspiration for your new hat.
Do I have to put the Ski Town All-Stars logo on the front of my hat?
You don't have to put our logo on the front of your custom hat, but every custom hat will have the STAS logo on the back patch.
Can I put my logo/my companies logo on a hat?
Absolutely! Just send us a vector AI or EPS file of your logo. We cannot make custom proofs .png, .jpeg, or pdf files.
Why haven't I received my custom proof?
We send custom proofs out within 2 business days of purchase. If you don't see it in your email inbox, check your junk mail. Sometimes our proof emails end up in the junk folder.
Can I pick my order up at the store?
Yes! Orders can be picked up at the Hat Bistro. Please put "for pickup" in the notes for the order or email info@skitownallstars.com to let us know. WARNING: your may get iced on pickup!
