Great equipment and delivery but bindings not installed correctly

The bindings were put on incorrectly. I had to take them to a local shop to be adjusted. I sent an email with my exact boot length (which the local shop confirmed was correct) so not sure what happened.

Hey Edward! Glad to hear you like the skis. I can assure you the bindings were installed correctly, however they were not adjusted correctly. This is because we did not have the boot in hand. It is stated on the information icon when selecting the mount option. We also include a mount card that states the skis were drilled for the BLS provided but must be taken to a certified ski technician to have the bindings set accordingly. I am so sorry this was miscommunicated, but can assure you they were installed on the skis accurately.
