Lovely hat and wel built but runs small compared to normal size hat

Love this hat

I bought a Vail hat from the website. It came perfectly in good shape, ( not crumpled) in a nice box wrapped in plastic. Right when I took the hat out, I knew it was a really good hat. Solid construction well-made. And it fits like a glove. All my friends tried to steal it. So clearly at some point, I'll be buying more. Lol
